Repair Process
① Send Photos
Please send us photos of the item you'd like repaired and the damaged area via chat or inquiry.
It would be helpful if you could send 2-3 photos, including a full shot and a close-up of the torn area.
② Content Confirmation & Quotation
We will inform you of the repair details and estimated cost via chat.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have at this stage.
③ Shipping the Item
If you agree to the contents, please send us the item.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
*Please make sure to send the item in a washed condition
④ Repair and Return
After the repair is complete, we will deliver it cash on delivery.
Please pay the delivery person upon receipt.
If there is any change in the amount, we will contact you in advance.

Your item will be returned via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin (Cash on Delivery).
Please pay the delivery driver upon receipt.
