配送について

〈 日本国内への配送 〉
日本国内への配送は、ヤマト運輸(クロネコヤマト)にてお届けいたします。

・送料：全国一律 660円(税込)
・ご購入金額 20,000円(税込)以上で送料無料

〈 発送までの目安 〉
・決済完了後、2〜7日以内に発送いたします。
・お届け日時のご指定がない場合は、原則7日以内の発送を目安としております。
※受注状況や製造状況により前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

〈 住所不備・長期不在・受取拒否による返送について 〉
配送先住所の不備、長期不在、受取拒否等により商品が当店へ返送された場合、再発送をご希望の際は再発送分の送料(実費)をご負担いただきます。
一定期間内にご連絡が取れない場合、ご注文をキャンセル(または保留)とさせていただく場合がございます。

We ship internationally. For international deliveries, we generally use Yamato Transport.
For shipments to Canada and China, Yamato Transport is not available, so we will ship via Japan Post instead.

International shipping fees are charged per order as follows:

・For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

・If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, long-term absence, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost (actual shipping fee).

・Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
